Collaboration Analytics provides customers access to the same key business metrics and insights their retail partner is studying to optimize product performance within the joint business. The cloud based service provided by SPS delivers visibility into Point-of-Sale information through an easy to use Analytical application. Leveraging this information allows customers to develop better forecasts, identify which products and stores need the most attention and pinpoint stock-out or oversupply risk before they become costly problems. Most importantly, it enables customers to partner with their Retailers to maximize product sell-through, growth and profitability within the joint business.

Functionality: Supplier Collaboration Analytics provides the Customer with a suite of retail industry best-practice analyses along with capabilities to develop, explore and distribute analytics to optimize your company’s retailer relationship.

Pre-Built Dashboards: Access to a set of pre-built dashboards that the retailer has selected for use in the daily operation of the business and to aid in supporting vendor planning, promotion effectiveness, etc.

Metric Library: Includes a rich set of best practice metrics the retailer has made available to analyze the joint business.

Calendars: The Supplier Collaboration Analytics service uses the calendar as defined by the retailer so that customers can interact using the exact same time periods.

Retailer Defined Item Attributes: The Retailer will provide some item attributes for the Customer’s products like Department, Category, Class, etc. so that customers can interact using the exact same definitions.

Custom Analysis: Customers’ Power Users can leverage Supplier Collaboration Analytics to develop custom reports and dashboards that can be shared with the Retailer or for Customer’s internal planning purposes.

Online Administration: The Customer’s Administrator has access to an easy to use interface to
manage user profiles and configure access.

Alerts: Thresholds can be set on critical business drivers to automatically notify specified users via email if a condition is met. The email notification can include a notice or attached report or dashboard with similar options of delivery as the email subscription.

Custom Analysis: Customers’ Power Users can leverage Supplier Collaboration Analytics to develop custom reports and dashboards that can be shared with the Retailer or for Customer’s internal planning purposes.
