Current Sub-Processor List

SPS Commerce, Inc. Engages the third-party subprocessors listed below to process customer data in connection with the delivery of our services. This page is maintained pursuant to our Data Privacy Agreement (DPA).

This list is limited to vendors that process or store customer data within the scope of our services – specifically, data that may include end-customer personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, or transactional details. It does not include vendors that handle only basic business contact information used for account access or support, nor vendors whose personnel operate solely within our systems under our direction.

We conduct appropriate due diligence on all subprocessors prior to engagement, including a review of their data protection measures and security practices. Our subprocessors are contractually obligated to protect customer data in accordance with our DPA and applicable data protection laws.
