Introduction to MAPADOC for Sage 100 – Overview

January 12th, 2021 | 1 pm – 3 pm Eastern Time | Price: $295

Are you new to EDI? Have new employees in your EDI department or simply need a skills refresh to be more efficient? This overview course will walk you through setup options and getting started with MAPADOC for Sage 100. Our experienced consultant will provide a review and explanation of the MAPADOC 850 and 810 setup options as well as the business process flow.

This two-hour course provides an overview of MAPADOC for Sage 100. It is ideally suited for users new to MAPADOC for Sage 100 as well as for users who want to improve their understanding of MAPADOC for Sage 100. This is not a Hands-On course.

MAPADOC for Sage 100 ASN Training – Overview

January 13th, 2021 |1 pm – 3 pm Eastern Time | Price: $295

The ASN is arguably the most important and complex document required. On top of the complexity of the document, ASN timelines are tight and the potential for chargebacks/deductions is very high so understanding how the ASN works is very important. Our experienced consultant will review the ASN setup options, walk through label printer maintenance and discuss the Shipment Type Maintenance option that drives many of the ASN behaviors. Once the set-ups are complete, the consultant will review each of the steps in the ASN Processing workflow and show off some of the additional functionality created for the ASN.

This two-hour course provides an overview of the ASN setup and workflow In MAPADOC for Sage 100. It is ideally suited for users that are new to the ASN requirements as well as for users that want to brush up their understanding of the ASN workflow in MAPADOC for Sage 100. This is not a Hands-On course.

Introduction to MAPADOC for Sage 100 – Hands-On

January 18th, 2021 | 1 pm – 5 pm Eastern Time | Price: $395

Are you new to EDI? Have new employees in your EDI department or simply need a skills refresh to be more efficient? Everything you need to know about receiving orders and sending invoices through MAPADOC will be taught in this four-hour class. This course is a perfect follow on to the previous two-hour overview course.

This is an instructor led, hands-on course that will walk you through the setups and options in MAPADOC for Sage 100 using the 850 and 810 document sets. The best part of this session is you will have your own virtual instance of Sage 100 and MAPADOC that uses the sample data set provided with Sage 100 and is set up for the course activities. The instructor will introduce you to the setups and options concepts and then, you will be able to put the learnings to use in your instance of MAPADOC for Sage 100.

MAPADOC for Sage 100 ASN Training – Hands-On

January 19th, 2021 | 1 pm – 5 pm Eastern Time | Price: $395

Is your trading partner now requiring the Outbound ASN (856) and you want to understand how it works? This Hands-On course on the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) in MAPADOC for Sage 100 is just what you need. Our experienced consultant will review the ASN setup options, walk through label printer maintenance and discuss the Shipment Type Maintenance option that drives many of the ASN behaviors. As each business process is described, you will have the opportunity to use what you learned in your own instance of MAPADOC for Sage 100 using the sample data included with Sage 100. Once the setups are complete, the consultant will review each of the steps in the ASN Processing workflow giving you the opportunity to test out your understanding with several activities normally included in the workflow for completing the ASN process. By the end of the course, you will have learned and performed the tasks to setup the options and perform the standard workflow in the ASN process

What is the difference between an Overview and Hands-On session?

Overview sessions will be presentations given by our product experts, with the ability to ask questions in a Q&A format. Hands-On sessions will also be led by our product experts but will be more hands-on with sample data sets and course activities.

Can I attend multiple sessions?

What is the cost of attendance?

Each session’s price is listed next to it’s description ($295-$395 per session.) After completing registration, you will receive an invoice from SPS Commerce with payment instructions, including an option to use VersaPay. What if I need to cancel my registration?
