What is the combined company called?

Leadtec become part of SPS Commerce, and the company will continue to be called SPS Commerce.

Who will be my primary contact within the organization?

In the next 30 days, every Leadtec customer will be assigned an SPS Commerce account representative. This individual will be available to address any questions or concerns moving forward. In the meantime, Leadtec customers can also contact 1300-532-383 for assistance.

Will my service change after the acquisition?

No. You can continue to enjoy the same services with the same core features and functionality. As a customer of SPS Commerce, you are now eligible to upgrade your service with new enhancements and functionality as they become available.

Will my service be migrated to SPS’ data center and service? If so, what will be the process and when would it occur?

You will remain on your current Leadtec service for the foreseeable future. As new enhancements become available, you will be able to upgrade as part of your monthly subscription rate.

Will my pricing change?

No. Your pricing will remain consistent with the terms and conditions outlined in your pricing agreement with Leadtec.

Will I still be billed in Australian currency?

Yes.
