General FAQ
Why is it necessary that I sign a contract?
The SPS beta agreement is a very standard beta contract. It is important that your business recognize that you are using a tool in a beta condition which will likely mean you run into some issues. This is a very standard practice in the industry.
What is the timeline of the beta program?
Beta testing began late November 2018 and will run through the end of February 2019.
Do I need a new username to access Fulfillment Monitor?
If you already have access to Commerce Platform, you will use the same username to access Monitor. If you do not have access to Commerce Platform, we will send you an invite to create a password; your username will be your email address.
How will I provide feedback?
All feedback and questions should be submitted through Messenger which is an in-product chat tool. You will see a blue message icon in the lower right-hand corner of Fulfillment Monitor. Our Support and Product teams will engage with you as need.
How soon can I expect responses?
Our teams will respond within 24 hours or often times sooner.
Is training provided?
Yes. When you first log-in you will be prompted with the user guide. You can access this at a later date as well. Furthermore, our Support is standing by to answer any questions you may have through Messenger, phone, or email.
Will I still have access to Ad Hoc reporting?
Yes. If you are a customer who already had Ad Hoc reporting, you can continue using the legacy tool if and when needed. We have yet to schedule a sunset date.
Can more than one person in my organization have access to Monitor?
Yes. Please let us know which other users need access if you wish to do so. Please note that Monitor does not yet support granting permissions. You will not be able to restrict who can see which aspects of Monitor.
User FAQ
Ad Hoc limited my search window to 30 days, is Monitor different?
Yes. You can search all the way back to September 1, 2018. Our goal is to eventually allow searching back 18 months. Please note that some of our older data does not contain all pieces of information as we’ve made a lot of changes in the last couple months.
What is the difference between Transaction Status and Acknowledgment Status?
The Transaction Status indicates whether or not the transaction was successfully processed through the SPS system. Acknowledgment Status indicates whether or not a 997 or Functional Acknowledgment was received by your trading partner.
What browsers are supported by Fulfillment Monitor?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
Can I customize the fields in Advanced Search?
Yes. You can click on Advanced Search Defaults to toggle different search fields on and off.
Can I customize how I view my results?
Yes. In the top right you will see a rectangle icon which is a column chooser. Click here to toggle on and off different fields to display in your results.
Can I change the order of the columns in my results?

Why am I sometimes unable to view the data?
Some data is mapped into a proprietary format owned by the recipient which we have chosen not to display for security reasons.
