General FAQ

When is the beta program launching?
We are targeting the week of March 20 and we may be able to grant access earlier! Stay tuned for details and information from the SPS Commerce Product team.
How long is the program?
We are planning on running the beta program through July and looking to launch it to general availability (all SPS customers) in August. Your use of the feature will allow us to validate if the feature has the ideal user experience.
What do I need to participate and test the feature?
The feature is accessible through your SPS Fulfillment account under the preferences section. You may already be familiar with this as preferences is where you can store Auto Sourcing Rules to speed up document creation processes.
How will I provide my feedback?
Through Messenger, our in-product chat tool.
What if I need help or have questions about the feature?
The SPS Support team is available to help with any questions over phone, email, or Messenger. Feel free to interact with them in your preferred method.

Why should I participate?
This is an awesome opportunity for customers to shape the future of SPS Commerce Fulfillment features. In addition, you are granted early access to a feature that won’t be available to the market for several months.
Is there a fee for this feature? (or to be part of Beta)
No. There is no additional fee to participate in beta and use this feature.
For how many Trading Partners can I configure Auto Send Acknowledgment as part of Beta?
As many as you would like. This feature is applicable at the trading partner level meaning you can turn it on for each trading partner uniquely. Perhaps you only wish to use this feature for one or two of your trading partners. Or you can turn it on for all, it’s up to you!
