The zip files here contain the customization for the solution, the customization for the WIKI and the release notes in a pdf. Important Notes: Acumatica Upgrade Service Pricing

Option 1: Full Service – $1,800

  • Publish customization in the sandbox and production.
  • Update status and delete any outbound documents.
  • Change credentials to test credentials.
  • Update maps to the latest base maps
  • Drop the latest sample of files to process (test)
  • Review the cloud to confirm documents were sent successfully.
  • Upgraded Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:30 p.m. PT.

Option 2: Upgrade Support – $600

  • Upgrade support if the client/VAR is upgrading themselves, which would include dropping files for your testing

MAPADOC Upgrade Support:

  • Two-week lead time required based on availability
  • Upgrade Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:30 p.m. PT.

Option 3: Self Installation – $0

  • SPS will supply the link to the SPS Commerce EDI customization for Acumatica.

If custom maps are part of the implementation, a project must be scheduled with the upgrade.

Miscellaneous Additions – $600 each

  • After Hours: Friday or weekends
  • Additional customized file testing
  • Upgrade of Custom Map if selecting Option 2 or 3 (If Map originally had a fee associated) – This is per Map.

Scheduling Information:

  • Lead time: SPS Commerce requires a four- to six-week lead time from the date of the accepted quote to schedule upgrades. This timeline applies to test and/or production environments.
  • Upgrade Hours: MAPADOC upgrades are performed Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:30 p.m. PT.
  • After Hours $600: Friday-Sunday and/or 5:30 p.m. PT – 8:00 a.m. EST (does not include holidays or holiday weekends)
  • MAPADOC Custom Modifications: Upgrades with modifications require the above lead time.
  • Caution: If you are installing the upgrade on your own, please ensure you have a rollback plan in case of issues. Lead time for scheduling upgrades is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the signed quote.
  • Restricted Dates: Upgrades will not be scheduled the day before a holiday/long weekend or during the SPS production/code freeze.

This is for services only. Upgrade software is included in your annual maintenance cost and must be current when the project begins and during the duration.
