Business to business-casual attire is suggested for all the sessions and welcome reception. Casual attire (i.e. blazer/sweater and nice jeans) is suggested for the Wednesday night event, Northfest.

+ Can I register on-site?

Since capacity is limited, we are unable to accept on-site registrations.

+ What if I have to cancel?

If you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify SPS Commerce in writing by April 3, 2017, for a full refund and by April 17, 2016, for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations after April 17, 2016, are non-refundable. A 4.25 percent processing fee will be charged for all credit card refunds. Paid registrations can be transferred to another person at any time by providing authorization to the SPS In:fluence registration team: InfluenceRegistration@spscommerce.com.

+ Do you recommend a hotel?

The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is the host hotel for SPS Commerce In:fluence 2017. The hotel is located within one block of the Minneapolis Convention Center and is connected via the city’s skyway system. By taking advantage of the negotiated room rate of $164/per night, you will be saving money and making the most of your time at SPS In:fluence by having the ability to spend more time with other attendees and exhibitors. Additionally, there will be a shuttle service for Northfest that will run from the Hyatt Regency continuously throughout the night. + When should I book my travel?

Plan on flying into Minneapolis on the morning of May 1, 2017 to attend early afternoon pre-day meetings and events, as well as a networking social that evening. Sessions will end around 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Due to limited hotel availability on May 3, we suggest you plan on flying out of Minneapolis after the sessions conclude.
