Environmental, Social and Governance​​

Our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts are overseen by the Governance and Nominating Committee of our Board of Directors, and we engage a cross functional team to drive ESG initiatives forward. In 2023, SPS conducted an ESG materiality analysis with the assistance of a third-party consultant that assessed the ESG topics most important to our stakeholders and our business. Through this analysis, we gained valuable insights that are used to prioritize ESG disclosures and our continuous corporate responsibility efforts.
