Direct EDI Acquisition

On May 18, 2011, SPS Commerce announced its acquisition of Direct EDI, Inc., a privately-held EDI service provider based in San Diego, California. The acquisition strengthens SPS’ position as one of the industry’s largest and fastest growing providers of cloud-based supply chain solutions.
