Spencer’s Gifts has reduced costs, increased ordering efficiency and integrated key data from both domestic and international suppliers using EDI from SPS.

Spencer’s chose SPS’s vendor enablement service in 2006, providing an EDI program that accommodated small vendors as well as a growing base of international suppliers. The program addressed time zone, accessibility and language differences. Today, the company currently runs more than 96% of all orders, domestic and foreign, via EDI on a weekly basis with as little as 1% error rate and non-measurable downtime.
