BIG MAX Golf, opgericht in Wenen in 1994, is uitgegroeid van een Oostenrijks golfmerk tot een wereldwijde leverancier van golfkarretjes, golftassen en accessoires, waarvan de producten inmiddels in meer dan 50 landen worden verkocht. De uitdaging<\/h2>\n

V\u00f3\u00f3r de invoering van SPS Analytics verzamelde BIG MAX Golf prestatiegegevens op winkelniveau door rechtstreeks met klanten te spreken, winkels te bellen en locaties te bezoeken. De informatie was weliswaar beschikbaar, maar niet zo actueel en vergde veel meer handmatig werk.<\/p>\n

Die gebrekkige zichtbaarheid was van groot belang, aangezien BIG MAX vanuit het niets bezig was zijn aanwezigheid in de VS op te bouwen. Met een beperkt aantal verkooppunten was elke plaatsing van belang. De heer Wright moest weten welke producten goed presteerden, welke niet en waarop hij zich vervolgens moest richten, zodat hij de aandacht van het team kon sturen en goed voorbereid aan vergaderingen met inkopers kon deelnemen om de prestaties en uitbreiding te bespreken.<\/p>\n

De oplossing<\/h2>\n

BIG MAX Golf heeft SPS Analytics ge\u00efmplementeerd om wekelijks inzicht te krijgen in de omzet, voorraad en afzet per klant, winkel en product. De heer Wright, die in eerdere functies in de sector al gebruikmaakte van performance analyses, maakte van het inzicht in de prestaties al vroeg een prioriteit nadat hij als CEO in dienst trad.<\/p>\n

SPS Analytics is het eerste dashboard geworden dat de heer Wright elke maandagochtend raadpleegt. Dat regelmatige inzicht helpt hem om de productprestaties nauwlettend te volgen, te bepalen waar aandacht nodig is en zich met meer zelfvertrouwen voor te bereiden op gesprekken met detailhandelaren.<\/p>\n

BIG MAX Golf breidde uit naar nieuwe winkels en klanten en verdubbelde zijn omzet in de VS tot nu toe in 2026. Terwijl het bedrijf aan vaart won, hielp SPS Analytics de heer Wright bij het beheren van die groei door wekelijks inzicht te bieden in de omzet, de voorraad en de afzet.<\/p>\n

Elke week opent de heer Wright als eerste SPS Analytics om de omzet, de voorraad en de afzet op klant-, winkel- en productniveau te controleren. Dankzij dat wekelijkse ritme kan hij zijn aandacht richten op de winkels die ondersteuning nodig hebben en herkennen welke al goed presteren, in plaats van te wachten tot een retailer een probleem aan de orde stelt. De gegevens reiken inmiddels ook verder dan het bureau van Wright. Zijn logistiek directeur maakt er dagelijks gebruik van, en Maxi, naar wie het bedrijf is vernoemd, bekijkt ze vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Oostenrijk.<\/p>\n

Dit inzicht bepaalt hoe BIG MAX Golf zijn volgende stappen plant. Met vergaderingen op de agenda met PGA TOUR Superstore en Worldwide Golf kan Wright al bij binnenkomst de afzetcijfers van de winkels die hij al heeft, overzien \u2013 de basis voor het gesprek over het binnenhalen van nog meer winkels. Nu BIG MAX Golf zich richt op retailers zoals Dick\u2019s Sporting Goods en Golf Galaxy, zal diezelfde wekelijkse discipline het merk naar verwachting door de volgende fase van zijn groei in de VS loodsen.<\/p>\n
