Hoewel Zwitserland geen deel uitmaakt van de Europese Unie, is het toch belangrijk om hun regelgeving te vermelden omdat veel EU-landen zaken doen met Zwitserland. Volgens de Europese Commissie is de EU zelfs de derde grootste handelspartner van Zwitserland.<\/p>\n

Overzicht<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In 2015 was de EU goed voor 65% van de invoer en 44% van de uitvoer van goederen door Zwitserland. Zwitserland is een goed gestructureerd land waar standaardisatie van informatie cruciaal is, en in 2016 hadden ze al een goed uitgebouwde reeks eisen voor e-facturering opgesteld. Hoewel Zwitserland geen deel uitmaakt van de EU, spelen de e-factureringsnormen van het land dus vaak een rol voor onze doeleinden. In 2017 werd meer dan 25% van de facturen in Zwitserland elektronisch verzonden.<\/p>\n

E-facturatie voor B2G<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sinds 2016 is elektronische facturering tussen bedrijven en de overheid (B2G) verplicht in Zwitserland. \u00a0 In Zwitserland moet elke B2G-transactie met een waarde van meer dan 5.000CHF worden ingediend bij de federale overheid. Zwitserland beveelt officieel het hybride factuurformaat ZUGFeRD\/Factur-X (Duits-Franse standaarden) aan. Het is echter niet de bedoeling dat dit formaat op dit moment de bestaande EDI-procedures vervangt. Alle facturen moeten overeenkomstig Artikel 958f <\/a>van het Zwitserse wetboek van verplichtingen gedurende 10 jaar worden gearchiveerd.<\/p>\n

Digitale handtekeningen, die in Zwitserland tot 2016 verplicht waren om factuurgegevens te koppelen op een manier die eventuele latere wijzigingen kon traceren, zijn niet langer verplicht. Tegenwoordig erkent de Zwitserse wet de vooruitgang op het gebied van technologische beveiliging en staat hij het gebruik van elektronische handtekeningen toe om facturen te valideren.<\/p>\n

E-facturatie voor B2B en B2C<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In Zwitserland is e-facturering voor business-to-business (B2B) en business-to-consumer (B2C) transacties optioneel, maar voor alle facturen geldt de archiveringsperiode van 10 jaar. Hoewel er voor Zwitserland geen onmiddellijke plannen bestaan om e-facturering voor B2B verplicht te stellen, is dit altijd mogelijk, vooral gezien het aantal landen dat wetgeving inzake e-facturering invoert.<\/p>\n

Conclusie<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We weten dat de toekomst van e-facturering in Europa 100% elektronisch is. Hoewel Zwitserland geen deel uitmaakt van de EU, is de EU zeker een grote handelspartner voor veel Zwitserse bedrijven. Daarom is het niet onwaarschijnlijk dat Zwitserland uiteindelijk alle e-facturering verplicht zal stellen, vooral omdat B2G-transacties nu al een digitale vorm van verwerking vereisen. En aangezien handmatige factuurverwerkingen snel minder populair worden, lijkt het waarschijnlijk dat dit vroeger of later zal gebeuren.<\/p>\n
