{"id":718180,"date":"2024-06-05T09:11:26","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T14:11:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spscommerce.com\/?p=718180"},"modified":"2025-07-11T05:06:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T10:06:56","slug":"e-facturatie-in-tsjechie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spscommerce.com\/nl\/blog\/e-facturatie-in-tsjechie\/","title":{"rendered":"E-facturatie in Tsjechi\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tsjechi\u00eb was van plan om in 2019 de elektronische registratie van verkoopopbrengsten (ERS) in te voeren. Bedrijven die onderworpen zijn aan de Tsjechische inkomstenbelasting in bepaalde sectoren (hotelwezen, restaurantdiensten, groot- en detailhandel), zouden in realtime rapportageverplichtingen hebben gehad met betrekking tot hun binnenlandse leveringen als de betaling in contanten, vouchers, cadeaubonnen was gedaan. Bankoverschrijvingen, creditcard- en debetkaartbetalingen vielen buiten het toepassingsgebied.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022 schafte de Tsjechische regering de verplichting af met ingang van januari 2023, vanwege het afnemende aantal contante transacties. Op dit moment is er dus geen verplichte digitale rapportageverplichting van kracht in Tsjechi\u00eb. Belastingbetalers kunnen hun verkoopgegevens tot 31 december 2023 op vrijwillige basis rapporteren.<br \/>\nHoewel er geen verplichte verplichting bestaat, moeten elektronische facturen voor B2G-transacties worden geaccepteerd als ze een formaat hebben dat compatibel is met de Europese norm voor e-facturering. Aanbestedende diensten mogen een e-factuur in dit formaat niet kunnen weigeren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wetgeving en naleving<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Oktober 2016: Openbare aanbestedende diensten in Tsjechi\u00eb mogen een e-factuur van een ondernemer niet langer afwijzen als deze is opgesteld in een formaat dat compatibel is met de Europese norm.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0April 2019: Richtlijn 2014\/55\/EU werd omgezet in nationale wetgeving. Als gevolg daarvan moeten alle overheidsinstanties elektronische facturen kunnen ontvangen en verwerken in overeenstemming met de Europese norm voor e-facturering (EN-16931).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>E-facturatie formatublic<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De volgende formaten worden vaak gebruikt voor e-facturatie in Tsjechi\u00eb:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0ISDOC<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0EDIFACT<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0UBL 2.1<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het nationale e-factureringsnetwerk<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tsjechi\u00eb heeft het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.developmentaid.org\/organizations\/view\/204559\/nen-national-electronic-tool\">N\u00e1rodn\u00ed elektronick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj (NEN)<\/a> als nationaal e-factuurnetwerk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Belastingdienst en e-handtekening<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Belastingdienst: Het ministerie van Financi\u00ebn houdt toezicht op de naleving van e-facturering.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0e-handtekening: Niet vereist voor e-facturen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Real-Time Rapportage \/ Fiscalisatie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Verplichte realtime rapportage en fiscalisering in Tsjechi\u00eb werd van kracht op 1 december 2016, volgens de wet Elektronische Registratie van Verkopen (EET). Deze wet is van toepassing op B2B-, B2C- en B2G-bedrijven, waaronder de horeca, detailhandel en groothandel. Alle rapporten moeten in realtime worden doorgegeven aan de Tsjechische financi\u00eble administratie.
