Lees meer over de komende voorschriften en de vaardigheden die uw team nodig heeft om hieraan te voldoen.<\/p>\n<p>Met de op 22 maart 2024 aangenomen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bundesregierung.de\/breg-en\/news\/growth-opportunities-act-2216980\">Groeikansenwet<\/a> heeft de Bondsraad de weg vrijgemaakt voor de stapsgewijze invoering van een <a href=\"https:\/\/tiekinetix.com\/en\/blog\/mandatory-e-invoicing-germany-2025\">verplichte elektronische factuur (E-factuur) in de B2B-sector.<\/a> Laten we een nadere blik werpen op de overgangsregels voor Duitse bedrijven.<\/p>\n<h3>Overgangsregels volgens \u00a7 27 lid 38 UStG n.F.<\/h3>\n<p>Bedrijven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihk.de\/darmstadt\/produktmarken\/recht-und-fair-play\/steuerinfo\/bmf-plant-verpflichtende-erechnung-und-meldesystem-5784882\">moeten vanaf 1 januari 2025 in staat zijn om E-facturen van hun zakenpartners te ontvangen<\/a>. Dit kan door het gebruik van E-factureringsoplossingen of door het opzetten van een speciaal e-mailpostvak voor het ontvangen van facturen. Papieren facturen blijven weliswaar geldig, maar verliezen hun prioriteit. Dit betekent dat bedrijven verplicht zijn om E-facturen van hun zakenpartners te ontvangen en te verwerken als deze hen in dit formaat worden toegestuurd. Het verzenden van andere elektronische factuurformaten, zoals PDF, is nog steeds mogelijk, maar alleen na uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de ontvanger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanaf 1 januari 2027<\/strong> moeten in Duitsland gevestigde bedrijven met een omzet van meer dan 800.000 euro in het voorgaande jaar hun B2B-facturen elektronisch verzenden. Bedrijven met een lagere omzet hebben nog steeds de keuze: zij kunnen papieren facturen, PDF-facturen of andere elektronische factuurformaten blijven verzenden. <a href=\"https:\/\/tiekinetix.com\/en\/blog\/am-i-e-invoicing-ready-edi-solution\">Ook EDI-facturen blijven mogelijk:<\/a> in 2027 kunnen bedrijven nog steeds EDI-facturen (Electronic Data Interchange) verzenden, maar alleen met toestemming van de factuurontvanger. EDI is een gestandaardiseerde procedure voor de elektronische uitwisseling van zakelijke documenten, inclusief facturen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanaf 1 januari 2028<\/strong> moet elk in binnenland gevestigd bedrijf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihk.de\/darmstadt\/produktmarken\/recht-und-fair-play\/steuerinfo\/bmf-plant-verpflichtende-erechnung-und-meldesystem-5784882\">B2B-E-facturen verzenden en ontvangen.<\/a> De EDI-procedure is toegestaan bij interoperabiliteit met de EN 16931 met betrekking tot factuurvereisten volgens UStG.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tiekinetix.com\/en\/newsletter-sign-up\">Vindt u dit artikel nuttig?
