{"id":717821,"date":"2024-04-22T08:15:13","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T13:15:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spscommerce.com\/?p=717821"},"modified":"2025-07-11T05:05:19","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T10:05:19","slug":"e-facturatie-in-nieuw-zeeland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spscommerce.com\/nl\/blog\/e-facturatie-in-nieuw-zeeland\/","title":{"rendered":"E-facturatie in Nieuw-Zeeland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Maart 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In februari 2024 kondigde de minister voor Small Business and Manufacturing, Hon Andrew Bayly, aan dat de regering van plan is om de <a href=\"https:\/\/einvoicing.govt.nz\/news-and-updates\/government-proposing-stronger-requirements-for-einvoicing-in-nz\/\">Business Payments Practices Act 2023 in te trekken<\/a>. Nadat Australi\u00eb in 2020 e-facturatie heeft ge\u00efmplementeerd, blijkt dat betalingen nog steeds veel tijd in beslag nemen. Daarom zal de regering overheidsinstanties verplichten om snellere betalingstijden in te voeren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De huidige staat van e-facturatie in Nieuw-Zeeland<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het Ministerie van Bedrijfsinnovatie en Werkgelegenheid (MBIE) is de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.einvoicing.govt.nz\/einvoicing\/what-is-einvoicing\/mbie-new-zealand-peppol-authority\/\">Nieuw-Zeelandse Peppol Autoriteit<\/a> die belast is met het toezicht op en de besprekingen met agentschappen om e-facturatie in Nieuw-Zeeland te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>Momenteel moeten de 32 agentschappen van de centrale overheid van Nieuw-Zeeland 95% van de facturen binnen 10 dagen betalen en elektronische facturen van hun leveranciers ontvangen.<\/p>\n<p>In juni 2021 moesten agentschappen van de centrale overheid e-facturering implementeren met de volgende doelen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle agentschappen van de centrale overheid moeten e-facturen ontvangen tegen 31 maart 2022.<\/li>\n<li>90% van de facturen van bedrijven aan de centrale overheid zijn e-facturen tegen juli 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Met meer dan 280 miljoen zakelijke facturen die jaarlijks in Nieuw-Zeeland worden uitgewisseld, wordt geschat dat de besparingen door elektronisch factureren kunnen oplopen tot 4,4 miljard dollar over een periode van 10 jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Hon Andrew Bayly moedigt overheidsorganisaties ook aan om elektronische facturen te sturen, waarbij hij wijst op de voordelen en besparingen die dit zal opleveren. Deze voorstellen laten zien dat e-facturatie de standaardmethode kan worden om facturen uit te wisselen voor de centrale overheid en alle kroonentiteiten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hoe e-factureren in Nieuw-Zeeland werkt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zoals hierboven vermeld, heeft Nieuw-Zeeland Peppol gekozen als een manier om e-facturen uit te geven. Alle bedrijven moeten een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nzbn.govt.nz\/\">NZBN-nummer<\/a> (New Zealand Business Number) hebben, dat is hun unieke identificatiecode die ook in het Peppol-netwerk wordt gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Bedrijven kunnen hun al bestaande boekhoudsysteem gebruiken, ze hoeven alleen maar te controleren of hun leverancier vermeld staat als een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.einvoicing.govt.nz\/software\/einvoicing-access-point-providers\/\">officieel Peppol Access Point<\/a>.
