Zoals in veel Europese landen is ook in Cyprus de Richtlijn 2014\/55\/EU ge\u00efmplementeerd, waardoor e-facturatie voor B2G-transacties verplicht is. Op dit moment hebben B2B-transacties nog geen invloed, maar we kunnen enkele veranderingen verwachten met de invoering van het ViDA-voorstel.<\/p>\n

Cyprus heeft met succes het e-factureringssysteem ge\u00efmplementeerd, waardoor alle overheidsinstanties in het land sinds 2020 in staat moeten zijn om elektronische facturen te ontvangen en te verwerken<\/p>\n

Het is momenteel echter niet verplicht voor deze entiteiten om elektronische facturen te sturen naar hun leveranciers of voor B2B-transacties (business-to-business). Voor B2B-transacties zijn bilaterale overeenkomsten tussen zakenpartners nodig.<\/p>\n

Het e-factureringsmodel volgt de EN 16931-norm en de verzending van elektronische facturen verloopt via het Peppol-netwerk. Een elektronische handtekening (e-handtekening) is niet vereist en de archiveringsperiode voor e-facturen bedraagt acht jaar.<\/p>\n

Hoe werkt het?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het Ministerie van Financi\u00ebn is de entiteit die verantwoordelijk is voor de implementatie van e-facturatie in Cyprus, maar het is de Schatkist die de factuur ontvangt in hun portaal (voorheen ARIADNE genoemd, hieronder geven we meer details).<\/p>\n

De belangrijkste argumenten van de overheid voor e-facturatie zijn duurzaamheid, maar ook het bevorderen van een slimme en inclusieve economie en samenleving.<\/p>\n

Cyprus zal naar verwachting een gecentraliseerd platform voor e-facturering ontwikkelen, vergelijkbaar met een ERP-systeem (Enterprise Resource Planning) dat in een hybride model wordt gebruikt.<\/p>\n

Momenteel dienen marktdeelnemers op vrijwillige basis e-facturen in bij de Schatkist van de Republiek via het e-invoicing Peppol Access Point en via www.gov.cy, het portaal van de Cypriotische overheid<\/a> dat in de plaats is gekomen van de digitale dienstencatalogus ARIADNE. De e-facturen worden handmatig verwerkt, maar het systeem zal worden bijgewerkt voor een geautomatiseerde versie zodra het gecentraliseerde ERP-systeem van de Cypriotische overheid in gebruik wordt genomen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
