Amazon’s Alexa-powered Echo and Dot were top selling items on Amazon Prime Day 2017. Sales of these items basically guarantee customer loyalty and, more importantly for Amazon, customer lifetime value. In this video, I elaborate a bit on my feelings about Alexa, it’s voice recognition and what it means for the future.
