Ultimate Electronics is hosting a webcast concerning their supplier enablement program with SPS Commerce. The webcast is titled: "The Role of EDI in the Growth of Ultimate Electronics " and features speakers from Ultimate Electronics and SPS Commerce.

Biography — William J. Pearse, III
A member of the Ultimate Electronics team since 1993, Jim Pearse currently serves the company as senior vice president of merchandising. While at Ultimate, Pearse has held several positions, including vice president of marketing and director of marketing. He joined the company as a sales associate, before quickly being promoted to store manager within the year.
Before joining Ultimate Electronics, Pearse cut his teeth in the consumer electronics industry as a sales associate at Good Guys in San Francisco and an assistant store manager for Magnolia Hi Fi in Seattle.
Pearse graduated from the University of the Pacific, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in business.
Biography - Jim Frome - Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, SPS Commerce
Jim Frome is responsible for setting the marketing, business development and technology strategy for SPS Commerce. He has expanded the Company's leadership position in the market by creating an extensive Supply Chain Integration Service suite for buying organizations and their SME suppliers. Jim has 16 years experience in technology marketing and management positions. Previously, he served as a divisional Vice President of Marketing at Sterling Software and was responsible for worldwide revenues of $100 million. Prior to Sterling, Frome directed the product management efforts that grew revenues of the EUREKA business intelligence and B2B portal products lines from $2 to $70 million during his six year tenure at Information Advantage (later acquired by Sterling Software).

What are the system requirements for viewing the webcast?
The webcast will be accessed through a website requiring the password created during registration.
You may attend the Webcast in two different ways.
- Audio Stream - By using Windows Media Player the audio portion will be via your computer speakers. Look for the Window's Media Player Icon.
- Teleconference - the audio portion will be via a telephone conference. Look for the telephone icon.
The slides presented during the Webcast will be viewable via the web for both audio stream and teleconference users.
