SPS Commerce Appoints Martin Leestma as New Board Member
Former Chief Executive Officer of Retek Information Systems and Accenture Global Managing Partner of Retail and Consumer Goods & Services Brings His Expertise to Emerging SaaS Leader
Minneapolis, Minn., April 5, 2006 - SPS Commerce, the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), today announced it has named Martin Leestma to its Board of Directors. The appointment of Mr. Leestma complements the existing expertise of the companys leadership in the areas of growth and innovation in the technology marketplace.
Mr. Leestma recently served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and was a member of the board of directors for Retek Information Systems, the leading provider of software to the retail industry, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to joining Retek, Mr. Leestma held many senior positions at Accenture including global industry managing partner - Retail and Consumer Goods & Services (CGS) Industries.
