SPS Commerce Signs Authorized Reseller Agreement with Interdyn-Business Microvar
Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Offers Exclusive Reseller Rights of its Microsoft Dynamics GP EDI Adaptor to SPS Commerce
Minneapolis, Minn., June 5, 2006 - SPS Commerce, the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), has signed an authorized reseller agreement with InterDyn-Business Microvar, a Microsoft Gold Certified Business Solution Partner. Under the terms of the agreement, SPS Commerce has exclusive reseller rights to the EDI adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) developed by Business Microvar. The adapter is available only to SPS Commerce customers for a price that is considerably lower than the cost of similar Dynamics GP adapters from other third parties.

The SPS Dynamics GP Adapter allows a seamless connection between a company's internal Dynamics GP solution and SPS Commerce's outsourced EDI services for business transactions such as purchase orders, advanced ship notices (ASN), and invoices to flow automatically to and from its trading partners. This automation enables organizations to eliminate the need for data entry and offers more timely and accurate processing of the order fulfillment process.
