FAQ

A place to connect and empower.

The always-on lifestyle of today’s consumer is changing how the retail industry operates. The rise of social channels, proximity tools and mobile devices has made it easier for consumers to browse in-stock items at competitors, receive customized in-store promotions, search for lower prices and even read user reviews. To be successful, you need to ensure your entire ecosystem, including brand platforms and customer experiences, is aligned, with the needs of the consumer driving all that you do. That’s omnichannel.

SPS Commerce In:fluence 2017 will change the retail landscape. Join your peers and the retail thought leaders for two days of stimulating dialogue on how to transform consumer interactions into exceptional brand experiences.
