Mike Gray is responsible for the technical and operational strategy of SPS Commerce

Mr. Gray brings 27 years of SaaS experience to SPS Commerce. He joined SPS Commerce in 2008, and is focused on delivering proactive customer service, industry-leading reliability, and using the latest technologies available to advance SPS’ solutions, architecture, and data center.

Prior to joining SPS, Mr. Gray served as Chief Technology Officer at IDeaS, a provider of SaaS applications for revenue management. At IDeaS, he led a global team who were responsible for the company’s data center, infrastructure development, application development, quality, and technology business development. Mr. Gray has also served in various leadership and technical positions during his years at Thomson Reuters and West Publishing, delivering SaaS solutions to the legal and publishing communities.

Mr. Gray has a Bachelor's of Arts in Math and Physics from Hamline University.
