Archie Black is responsible for the management and strategic direction of SPS Commerce, the leader in SaaS B2B integration.

Mr. Black brings 24 years of management, finance and administration experience in rapid-growth environments to SPS Commerce. He joined SPS Commerce in 1998, and served as senior vice president and CFO until becoming president and CEO in 2001. During Mr. Black’s tenure as CEO, SPS Commerce has experienced 30 straight quarters of revenue growth. Mr. Black has been recognized for his leadership as an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Prior to joining SPS Commerce, he was a senior vice president and chief financial officer at Investment Advisers, in Minneapolis, Minn., where he directed both the Minneapolis and London organizations. While at Investment Advisors, Mr. Black helped the company grow from $3 billion under management to $17 billion.

Prior to Investment Advisors, he spent three years at PriceWaterhouse. Mr. Black is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
